Trinity Aviation’s focus is on STC’d Carbon Fiber upgrades to the Bell Helicopter 206 and Medium platforms. The design of these aircraft dates back to the 1960’s, with little or no modern upgrades incorporated into the airframe over the years. We are always looking for innovative ways to incorporate current technology, materials and processes to modernize and upgrade these outstanding aircraft. When Carbon Fiber is introduced into the manufacturing process, the outcome is significant, with decreased weight, increased strength and durability.

Current Projects
Carbon Fiber cabin Floorboards are currently in development for the Bell Medium Platform. This upgrade removes the honeycomb, eliminates corrosion and denting and reduces the weight up to 30% from original OEM or replacement panels
Carbon Fiber Tail Rotor Driveshaft Covers STC’d for the Bell 206 Series offer a robust design and are available in hinged or non-hinged versions.
Carbon Fiber Vertical Fin Cover is in development for the Bell Medium platform. This carbon composite innovation removes the delicate honeycomb and reduces weight in a critical area.
